Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

As a CTO at SODAQ, you won't just shape the future of supply chains; you'll be part of our Management Team, alongside the CEO and CFO. Together, we'll embark on weekly journeys through product development, sales strategies, financial horizons, HR matters, and company vision. As the line manager of our R&D team, you'll be responsible for:

• Inspiring, guiding, and mentoring team leads and members every single day.
• Further integration of process-based working within the R&D team
• Managing the budget for new equipment and tools, fostering innovation.
• Overseeing all R&D projects, spanning internal investments and B2B customer collaborations.
• Ensuring timely delivery of SODAQ products, aligning with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Spearheading testing, troubleshooting, and after-sales support for both SODAQ’s products and projects.
• Conducting technical reviews and budget pre-calculations for potential new product iterations.
• Contributing to decision-making regarding new product scopes, specs, and timelines, before final agreements with customers are made.
• Participating in Management Team meetings and decision making on project pipeline and project implementation together with the CEO and CFO.
• Collaborating with the CEO and CFO to report progress and future plans at Shareholder meetings.

SODAQ is a hub of innovation, tackling complex supply chain challenges head-on. As the CTO, you'll play a pivotal role, overseeing multiple teams, including hardware, software, industrial

design, Cloud, and project management. With our current team of 35 set to flourish into a dynamic force of 50+ employees by the end of 2025, we invite you to be an integral part of our journey towards remarkable growth.

To excel within this position you have already earned your stripes in the domain of placing products in the market and people managing a R&D team. Additionally, you should bring:

• Proficiency in budgeting, pre-calculations, and roadmap creation
• A history of successful management in complex product development
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• An aptitude for data analysis and dashboard creation (a plus!)
